Our story
livraisonkech started from a simple observation: in Marrakech, ordering a delivery often took longer than picking it up yourself. We wanted to build a service designed to be fast, with no app to download and no account to create.
Today, our team of riders crisscrosses the ochre city to bring meals, products from our partner brands, medication and flowers straight to your door — every order is placed simply through WhatsApp.
We keep expanding our partnerships and improving our delivery times every day, with one goal: making sure every resident of Marrakech can count on us, from morning until late at night.
Our values
Speed & efficiency
Our riders know Marrakech inside out and aim for a fast delivery on every order, seven days a week.
Reliability
From Monday to Sunday, 10am to 11pm, you can count on us to receive your order with confidence.
Customer care
Every WhatsApp message gets a quick, personal reply — your satisfaction is our priority.
Our commitment
At livraisonkech, we're committed to staying simple and accessible: no app, no account to create, just a WhatsApp message to get delivered.
We keep investing in our rider network and local partnerships to expand what we can deliver to you, while keeping the speed we're known for.
Thank you for trusting livraisonkech. We're proud to serve Marrakech, one delivery at a time.
