1. Purpose
livraisonkech (operating under the ABDO DELIVERY brand) provides a delivery service in Marrakech and its surrounding areas, available by phone and WhatsApp. This website presents our services, our menu and our partners; it does not include an online ordering or payment system.
2. Description of services
We deliver our own food (pizzas and homemade meals) as well as products from partner brands (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies for medication, florists, etc.). For these partner brands, livraisonkech acts as a delivery intermediary; the availability, content and compliance of the products remain the responsibility of the relevant brand.
3. Orders and confirmation
Every order is placed by phone or WhatsApp and is only considered confirmed once a member of our team has verbally or in writing validated the items, delivery address and total price. No order is processed automatically through the website.
4. Prices, delivery fees and payment
Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and may vary depending on product availability. Delivery fees may apply depending on the area. Payment is made in cash on delivery, unless another method is agreed with our team when the order is placed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Marrakech and its nearby surroundings. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather or demand. livraisonkech does its best to meet these estimates without being able to guarantee them.
6. Cancellation and changes to an order
Any request to cancel or change an order must be made by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. An order already picked up by a rider can no longer be cancelled.
7. Partner products and liability
For products delivered on behalf of a partner brand (whose trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners), the quality, content and compliance of the items are the sole responsibility of that brand. livraisonkech's liability is limited to the delivery service itself. Regarding medication, the customer remains solely responsible for complying with any medical prescription or applicable regulation.
8. Intellectual property
The name 'livraisonkech', the 'ABDO DELIVERY' brand, the logo and all website content (text, images, layout) are protected and may not be reproduced without prior authorization. Partner brand logos remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used solely in the context of our delivery partnerships.
9. Personal data
Information provided when placing an order (name, phone number, address) is used solely to process and deliver your order. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Changes to these terms
livraisonkech reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
